Media/Elwyn Memorial Day Weekend Shuttle Bus Substitution

Rebuilding the System
As part of the Rebuilding the System Program, SEPTA and third-party contractor forces will work on Saturday, May 28 through Monday, May 30 to rehabilitate the Crum Creek Viaduct and perform critical construction work for the Secane Station renovation project. Shuttle buses will replace ALL trains between Elwyn and University City stations. Shuttle bus operators will accept Tokens, Cash ($2.25 exact fare required), Passes, and Rail tickets.
Customers should read the information and check the timetable below as bus times are different from regularly scheduled train times.

INBOUND (towards Center City) Service:
EXPRESS SHUTTLES: Local stops at Elwyn, Media, Moylan-Rose Valley, Wallingford, and Swarthmore stations, then Express to University City Station
LOCAL SHUTTLES: Local stops at Swarthmore, Morton, Secane, Primos, Clifton-Aldan, Gladstone, Lansdowne, Fernwood-Yeadon, Angora, 49th St., and University City stations
Transfer to trains for service towards Center City at University City Station
OUTBOUND (towards Elwyn) Service:
EXPRESS SHUTTLES: Trains continuing from the Lansdale/Doylestown Line to Elwyn will terminate at University City Station and connect with Express shuttle bus service (transfer to Express shuttle bus at regularly scheduled time for service directly to Swarthmore Station and then local stops at Wallingford, Moylan-Rose Valley, Media, and Elwyn stations
LOCAL SHUTTLES: Trains continuing from the Lansdale/Doylestown Line to Elwyn will terminate at University City Station. Customers should connect with Local Shuttle Bus at the regularly scheduled train time for Local service to 49th St., Angora, Fernwood-Yeadon, Lansdowne, Gladstone, Clifton-Aldan, Primos, Secane, Morton, and Swarthmore stations
FOR INTERMEDIATE TRAVEL: Customers should transfer at Swarthmore Station to the Express or Local shuttle bus

Express and Local shuttle buses will depart AFTER customers make the transfer
