In September 2021, SEPTA unveiled our Wayfinding Master Plan - our proposal to improve how people navigate our system with new maps, signage, route names and more.
We’ve been working hard for the last year doing a lot of research – talking with riders and stakeholders, releasing surveys, facilitating workshops, conducting station walk-throughs, and reviewing years of customer feedback, tweets, suggestions, and thoughtful fan proposals.
On Wednesday, October 20 is your opportunity to ask the plan’s creators what you want to know about the project.
