Service Advisory | Regional Rail Ticket Offices

Due to ridership loss caused by COVID-19 and the resulting financial impact, we are temporarily closing a select number of Regional Rail Ticket Offices starting MONDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2020. The following Ticket Office locations - including waiting room and restrooms - will remain closed through February 2021. Trains will continue to service these stations according to posted schedules.

All Ticket Offices on the Chestnut Hill West LIne (CARPENTER, CHELTEN, CHESTNUT HILL WEST, QUEEN LANE, ST. MARTINS) remain closed.
